How do I make an appointment?

We provide walk-in services for piercings, therefore, there is no need for an appointment. For tattoo appointments, please fill out our inquiry form here and contact our shop or artist to set up an appointment.

We also accept walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. We suggest to call ahead of time to ensure availability. In the event we are unable to get you in as a walk-in, please book an appointment.

Do I have to pay a deposit for a tattoo?

Yes, to secure an appointment date and time we require a deposit —that deposit will be used to cover the time your artist spends designing your piece and it’ll be applied towards the total of your final piece.

If you don’t show up or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will not get that money back.

We can reschedule appointments up to two times if we are given a 24 hour notice. After the second reschedule your deposit will be void if you cannot make your appointment time.

How do drawing fees work?

If the artist is done drawing a design for your tattoo, and you ask for significant changes that were not discussed at the consultation appointment and/or decide to change the subject matter of the tattoo completely, then we’ll need to collect an extra drawing fee. Additionally, if you have more than three changes or adjustments made to the drawing, there will be a new drawing fee so that the artist gets fairly compensated for their drawing time. This makes it fair for everyone —the artist is paid for their time and you get exactly what you want tattooed. Your artist will inform you of the additional charges according to the situation.

In the rare event that you don’t like the drawing, we can make changes up to three times before a new drawing fee is needed. If there is never an agreed on drawing then the artist needs to be compensated for the time they spent drawing and the time they spent consulting so the deposit will go toward that time. We are happy to help you find another artist in our shop or even at another tattoo studio. Ultimately, it’s a commissioned piece of art and the artist needs to be paid for the time they spent working. If you decide to work with another artist we will need to collect another deposit and drawing fee for that artist.
